For commercial brokers

Scription Broker Program — Property covers the peril.
EB covers the accident.
Nobody covers the failure.

We price wear-driven failure unit by unit and cover it at one guaranteed annual cost — backed by a licensed fronting carrier.

Sec.01 // The upside

Your customers get one flat price for every breakdown. You get a revenue line that renews itself.

Sec.02 // Where it fits

It doesn’t replace anything in your client’s program. It completes it.

Property and Equipment Breakdown handle the catastrophic, the external, and the consequential. Scription handles the recurring, wear-driven repair spend neither one is built to touch. The layers stack — they don’t overlap in a way that asks your client to drop anything.

EB forms vary — sublimits and included coverages differ between the ISO Equipment Breakdown form and manuscript endorsements. The comparison reflects standard EB behavior, so confirm it against your client’s specific policy form.

Sec.03 // Why partner

What it does for your book.

Differentiated

Coverage no one else can quote

Priced unit by unit. There’s no competing market for it, so there’s nothing to match.

Additive

Commission you aren’t already earning

Paid on the program fee, recurring for the life of the account. It doesn’t touch your property or EB commission.

Retention

A renewal that’s hard to unseat

Once it’s in force, a competing broker can’t replicate it at renewal.

Clean fit

Nothing to license, nothing to unwind

A service contract, so no P&C license is required and your appointments are untouched.

// Why it stayed uncovered

Backed by regulated capital, not our balance sheet.
